@HoneydewHuey I met a very affectionate and polite cat this morning. Off to work, opened my front door, and the neighbour's cat came trotting up to me. After some brushing and stroking I remembered I'd forgotten something and went inside, with the door still open. Normally cats are generally interested in new places to explore, but no, she actually sat down - so that she could see me naturally - and patiently waited, though purring loud whenever I moved closer, until I went outside again to her.
