I'm using CGtextures for my main building textures, but cant actually find a photo with a door. Where do you get these photos or do you get them yourself?

Get real, this guy is a monster in Sketchup, I learned more from watching thirty minutes of his tutorials than all the Google tutorials put together. He's a guru in every sense of the word.
