Yule Light Message - Sister Unity

On light in darkness. Christmas, Hanukah, Yule, so many religious traditions celebrate the dark days of each year with ceremony or celebration of light. Trees decorated with lights, candles, the menorah.

This parallels the spiritual experience. Yoga, Hindu philosophy, Sufi philosophy, Buddhism, Kabbala, and mystic Christianity all teach the methods for experiencing the light within each of us.

Here are instructions for performing your own experiment with meditation so that you can know what is inside your own awareness, your own heart.

May your holidays be bright and bring realization that all the joy in the world comes from right inside your heart.
