Pokémon Black:
MediaFire deleted the file. I'm really busy so I can't upload the ROM again. Just use this:

EXP Fix Patch:

How to use the EXP fix patch:
1. Download 【Dicastia_AP-Patch】
2. Extract both files (Dicastia-Patch.exe & Dicastia.txt) to a new folder
3. Copy the NDS ROM into that folder
4. Drag the game onto the Dicastia-Patch.exe
5. Click "Yes" when prompted (it will create .bak file - backup of the original ROM)
6. Click "OK" to finish
