I was there and it was something to see. Waited for about 5 hours and it was over in about 5 minutes. Then I went to Memorial Park and a MAJORITY of people was walking around with these huge sandwiches and I came to find out there was a place selling "oyster fritters" and "clam fritters". I got the oyster fritter and it was (love at first bite). The pony swim of 2009 will always be one of my most memorable days.

Gosh I love Chincoteague and Assateague island! I've been to the 2008 swim and I'm going to this year's also! I'm so excited. I'm leaving on saturday and I love just being around it all!

I was there on a boat! I love going to Chincoteague & Assateague Island. I go every year for the Pony Penning and auction. :)
