this should be included in everyones workout, there is no excuse, you can even do them w/o any weight, just pose for 5-8 seconds, rest for 5 secs and do it again...get those muscles from pudding soft to rock hard...THE MORE BLOOD YOU GET INTO YOUR MUSCLES, THE BETTER YOUR WORKOUT WILL BE..its all about blood volume and that is what these will do....DO THEM!!!

  • Reak. what up lil bruh. I see you use a straight bar to do curls with. which one you prefer better. The straight bar or the uneven curl bar?? ALSO how many sets and reps you do? Keep up the good work bruh. Much respect. Keep enjoying life.
