Tried to follow method 1 & ran into problems with this working in the latest you tubesite, error: "Cannot insert a video from this embed code" ...came across a post on another site with the fix....
In Explorer (not Firefox) right click on video and choose "Copy Embed html"..then paste this in instead as described...suddenly it works and error goes away...
