@SUTTERO2 is a dialect of Italian regions, Puglia. The original voice is taken from "SudSoundSystem - Le Radici Ca Tieni". Is very hard to traduce in english. I live in northern Italy, and some words I do not understand. You might ask someone who lives in Puglia and knows the dialect.
