When I my brother and I went to Atlanta back in October of 2008, this one little kid really screamed when the plane was landing. The kid was probably frightened. We really don't know. Only the parents know.

Thank you Mom2Aurora for your comments. I really appreciate it. After all, we adults were all once crying babies ourselves.
-
thank goodness someone with a brain. i wish more people could see past their selfish attitudes to realize that as well.

I know that a baby crying like that will test anybody's patience, but who are we to judge? Perhaps the baby needed specialized medical treatment at an out-of-town hospital,.The parents have relatives that live too far away, They probably couldn't find a babysitter.
If you don't want to hear a crying baby on either a plane, a train, or even a bus, then drive to your destination. Parents have the right to take their kids anywhere they want to.

kids have every right you do. ive tried to be nice but some people on here i swear they tick me off to no end. i just dont understand your horrible attitudes.
-
ok im sry but it needs to be said you people who turn your noses down at children on planes what the hell makes you all so high and mighty ? do you think any of you hypocrits were perfect angels when you were that age ? i dont think so. i cant believe the outrageous attitudes about this subject. children are a blessing. you dont like them then dont put yourself in that situation period.

Lazy parents who dont calm there kids down are the worst. The kid might not realize that they are ruining a flight for a bunch of people who paid good money but there parents should.
-
This is why parents should not bring a child on a flight that screams or has the high potential to do so and disturb other passengers. They should leave their child with a babysitter if it's at all possible.

Let me guess... You understand.
Am I right?
They put cats and dogs in cages and put them in the baggage hold when flying, right?
Hmmm... Food for thought....
I'm the one who originally posted this. Let me say it yet again for all of you who don't get it: THE KID WAS OLD ENOUGH TO KNOW BETTER, he just wanted to throw a tantrum and his mom just didn't care. Hope you understand now - this was a kid being bad in a place when he shouldn't have.

Let me repeat it again since some of you are having difficulty understanding...
1) this was a young boy/child NOT a baby - he was old enough (could talk and walk) to know better that to scream nonstop for more than an hour
2) the parent was making no effort whatsoever to calm her child down
