  • @avcone when your nervous, you lose ball control. Thus your touch accuracy is reduced about 20-40%. Yes thats alot. Therefore you need to improve your touch even more. For example. if your touch was .. 60/100 it would be 20 in the game. You want 50 in the game. So aim for an 80 outside your game. Im just throwing out numbers. But the point is, Your touch gets worse as your anxiety goes up. So work on your touch. Do this with game/like situation.

  • hey i got a question more like i need some advice...I play soccer for my college..i practice my touches and ball control on a wall by myself my touches and ball control are clean when i am by myself but when i get out there on the soccer field everything just falls apart..idk somebody send me some advice so i can improve my game...THANKS
