people like to knock Japan for using old equipment but that is not entirely fair, Japans MBT is perhaps one of the most advanced pieces of armor on the planet. It is faster, more maneuverable and has a much better targeting and fire control system than anything America now fields currently. The Abrams is getting out classed in every way. Japans armor is considerably more advanced. Its airforce may be lacking but armored tech is not
