Bodyweight Triceps Extensions

This is a great exercise for triceps while integrating your core. I've put in easy moderate and hard variations. Take care, the elbows can get a bit beaten up if you do these too often.

also,what is you're height and weight?
while i'm at it,what do you're upper arms measure?...how about you're forearms?
my forearms are 15".i am 5'9-1/2 and i weigh right around 180 lbs,give or take a few lbs depending on what i'm doing that given week as far as activity and diet.i look forward to seeing more of you're vids mrdiko.also,what is you're waist to chest measurement?...how about you're bodyfat measurement?

So many questions? Last time I checked I was 85kg's and the inaccurate body fat scales say around 14%. One thing I do know, I have the skinniest wrists you've ever seen.
