When i make a cheese steak
I imported cheeses , like fantina auseago
And provolon then at the end i add just a tablespoon of water it makes it juicy and delish

@90bmuch Reno sucks. Can't get the right bread. Provolone isn't genuine but it still tastes pretty good on this sandwich. American or Cheese whiz is better. Love the rib eye meat, even if it's not authentic. Flavor should count for something. Thanks for bring swell.

I like them with veggies, but as long as you have meat and cheese you should be ok. Don't forget to toast your buns in the oven, I forgot to do that in the video. Makes a big difference.

They are cooked more than my Sashimi.
So, I call it safe. I would put lettuce and tomato on it too. I did this today with Korean BBQ meat and cheese with wasabi.

@070522 Wasabi seems like it might completely change the taste of the thing. I may have to try that.
