1. Were some of those kids diseased/deformed or whatever, or was it just makeup

and 2. What the fuck happened at the end?

1. Either that's really good makeup, or the really are diseased. Considering that this takes place in an impoverished place like Nigeria, and that the rest of the effects in this movie suck (they didn't have the same makeup for the devil guy), then I think those are real diseases. However, the guy with the black paint on his face is obviously covered in makeup.

2. I... don't... know. I think the first part was a kid killing another kid in a game of rugby, and the second part was a woman rape-humping the other woman or something... O_O
