December 16, 2011. It would be nice if Pennsylvania legislators matched their commitment to coerced childbirth with an actual commitment to life, but isn't that asking a little much? 1.5 million Pennsylvanians, including more than 500,000 children, live in poverty. Meanwhile the legislature cuts emergency food funding, job training , education, and human services budgets.
Congratulations to the PA State legislature: your preening appeals to the sanctity of life don't hide your hatred for women. You are our Piggie of the Week.
