I think you're brave having your son and not choosing the other option.

Does the Catholic Church look messed up to you? Well, it is. But that's because it's made up of sinners, not people who split off from other sinners because they believe they're better, whilst denying that they're not.

Catholic worship is boring only to those who aren't in love with Jesus and want something in return. To be in love is to just be together, doing nothing, and that's not boring, but beautiful.

You know being a 20 year old woman trying to follow Jesus myself, I can't imagine the pressure on you as a single mom. However, I can say that I appreciate you, and anyone else, who doesn't pretend to be something they are not. Jesus didn't call us to that, nor to be perfect. He called us to liken ourselves to him.
