This video is full of fail. Please do not trust the safety of your child to the installation instructions in this video as they are incorrect and will place your baby at risk. If you want to know how to install your Baby Trend car seat correctly, do a search on "Baby Trend Flex Loc" and watch Part 1 and 2 videos by BabyTrendOnline.

This is not a correct install. Please do not follow this video. Find a certified Car seat tech in your area. Check with Safe Kids.

I agree with wiftyone. The way you installed it is wrong. The Anchors that you are using are not used correctly. The anchors you used are for the side seats NOT the middle. Please reinstall correctly. Next time use the real terms for things. Anchors, LATCH, Rear facing, etc. DO NOT GO BY THIS VIDEO IT IS WRONG!!!

Are you allowed to use LATCH in the center? Most cars do not allow it, and Baby Trend does NOT allow for non-standard LATCH distances. So whether or not your car allows it, Baby Trend does not.
You also must put the handle down with the Baby Trend while it's in the car.
If you're still using it, please reinstall with the seatbelt and put the handle down.

What an awesome carseat! I love the way to adjust the baby seatbelts. We have to manually adjust ours. Its funny how different countires do their carseats. Ours (Australia) needs to have a belt that goes all the way around the actual seat along with the secure base.
