Here is a quick tour of Sushipedia, an application developped for the iPhone and iPod Touch, due to release soon.

In short, Sushipedia is a sushi encyclopedia with a user friendly interface and a large, ever growing, database. Other features being developed include a section teaching how to eat sushi, a history of sushi as well as eating etiquette.
