  • @ButterMeMilkiWay oh, you may try to seek further asistance from our service team, send a mail with the log file to sunny@dvdfab.com or service@dvdfab.com. our team will research the matter and find a solution for you.

  • @dvdfabber i use whatever the default is

  • @ButterMeMilkiWay We suggest you using "generic.avi.h264.audiocopy" or "generic.avi.264.mp3" or "generic.avi.h264.aac "these non -(2gb) profiles to rip to see the result.

  • @dvdfabber i use dvd ripper generic profile avi format. Same with dvd copy.

The software works fine now since I update to beta ver. The only issues is that when I did dvd ripper generic profile avi format beta ver, it crashes after it rips but the file still rip/converted all the way through and play fine. So I guess it depends on the movie because sometimes it doesn't crash after ripping/converting :)

  • @ButterMeMilkiWay We need to know what option exactly you used. You know it is difficult for us to judge what is the problem if you don't offer the exact info on the problem. You may try to convert your disc with option of DVD ripper, to AVI for example, list the process. Play the out put video to see whether the movie is complete.

  • @dvdfabber i use all of it however since i use the beta ver it play through the entire video now but the beta ver crashes after copying/ripping etc...

  • @ButterMeMilkiWay Would you please describe your problem clearly? which option did you use? video converter, dvd copy or dvd ripper, your specific description of the problem would be helpful to solve the problem. what movie want to copy, we may have a test on it. You may send a mail to service@dvdfab.com contact our service team. They will find a solution for your as soon as possible.

  • dude im confused, ripping or copying after it finishes and i try to play the video back it always stops playing at 1 hr and 34 mins and to play it pass that mark i have to convert it using another software since dvdfab converter will still not work and it will still stop playing video passed that mark. only 2 movies play passed that mark.
