@Davisape i know how it works. I know the story crew is very important but I don't think it's very fun acting out your scenes one by one that you worked on for days in front of everyone only for the director to tell you to start all over. I love story art but the process of having people act it out is ridiculous & embarrassing at least for me. I know theres ppl out their that love to draw so it's fun for them. but for me? I rather do something in the art dept. like character design or concept

Then I take it you dont work in the animation industry or know anything about the story process!..It is a vital part of the story process to act out ideas and tell a story and yes most of the time you need to act out the storyboards and animatic in front of the director and crew..its how the brain trust works..You think the fine people at Pixar are not used to the process by now?...ideas are ideas and you do this to pick the ones that work and throw the ones that dont ,out.
