CHICAGO POLICE CHASE BOYS RECKLESS THRU PARK JULY 2, 2011

On july 2, 2011 about 6:00pm two young guys riding a minibike around Palmer Park on 111th St. & Indiana Ave about four time the time the police was on them NO LIGHT or NO SIREN ON , just going to fast driving on the grass. passing to close to my family reunion picnic three time. ten minute after these video was takin' the police block the streets. later on the ambulance came down the street. one of the family friend said the boys crash into a car.
