As it stands right now, for all intensive purposes, the IAF would be ranked #1 amongst the world airforces based upon combat experience and outcomes. No one nation in the history of aerial combat has been in more war time air to air combat engagements and WON those engagements more than Israel. The US would come in at a distant 2nd followed by the British at 3rd.
