i wish that skaters nowadays were like this
mellow and cool
and i wish freestyle skating was more popular and less technical
people get mad when i do freestyle as it is, and they always do the land right on your board stuff, back in these days it was impressive just to be able to do a handstand

Miss these days. It was also about how you pulled your stuff off not just how big you could go!! Life was sweet and the summers long..SIGH!! And you would just hang. If yu went boarding and ran into other boarders you hung out. It was great. I really had fun!!!

thats absolutely RIGHT man!!! it would be much better if every 1 had those cool surf looks and if there were only long, flexible boards. i find it really boring when i see those skaters with modern boards. i am really born too late, i like the 70s 80 und 90s and i all missed it :'(
