then denounce them to the police and stop whining! they probably would have preferred to be arrested and become "martyrs". there is a reason why no one bothered them, it would have been very counterproductive for the authorities and the vets quite obviously knew it.

it seems to me that the police authorities did the obvious choice of avoiding the confrontation hoping that the rally would pass unnoticed.

IVAW held theiw Winter Soldier on the National Labor College campus. Vietnam Veterans wanted to speak truth to traitors, but the IVAW used force to keep them off campus.

So now they whine when they can't get onto campus univited?

They are puppets of the Vietnam Veterans Against the War and held their own "Winter Soldier" investigation where they called all the people serving in Iraq and Afgahnistan a bunch of baby killing war criminals.

The IVAW also volunteered to be shills for the Party For Socialism and Liberation. The PSL leaders wrote a flyer that said give UNCONDITIONAL SUPPORT for al-Qaeda, you know, the folks killing Soldiers and Marines.

IVAW = treasonous shitbags.

Wow, im surprised u guys didn't get an OTH (Other Than Honorable). Fightin69th is right. U can be subject to discipline if u protest in ur uniform. It doesn't matter if u are already honorably discharged. They can recall u and change ur DD-214.
