Still working on each skill.

1. More flexibility in movement.
2. Knowing when to release in the flip.
3. Putting my chest out more when I back flip.

  • That was the Hammon Park Gym in Alpharetta. Its no longer available.  We are looking for new places, right now SEGA is our primary place.

  • Update:

    For the most part my flexibility has improved. I'm that much closer at accomplishing my side flips.
