I suppose I could offer a few belated answers. I'm the owner of that firearm & was holding the camera while he was shooting.

It's a federally registered short-barrel rifle (form1) with a Gemtech raptor 9mm silencer I bought from a FFL/SOT in Houston. It's perfectly legal here in Texas and most other states.

I built it on a bushmaster lower. It has a 2.5lb 2-stage trigger, OKO reflex sight and a 5" barrel with mp5-style qd lugs for the silencer. It uses colt 9mm or modified Uzi magazines & w
