Just on day six your face has already change ... You remember when I was doing mine liquid diet you thought you would not make it, and now look already half way there!

@CJanvier04 Thanks =] But when I had an appt. Thursday their scale says I've only dropped 6 or 7 pounds????? I'll be 2 weeks Sunday. It doesn't make sense. But hey I guess every pound counts. I've been watching my sodium lately too. Don't understand it and prob. never will.

also if you are close to your period ur weight will most likely increase naturally

oh the moods seem to be a side effect of the liquid diet... trust me my boyfried can atest i tried to run over an old lady with a walker.... it will get better!!!

@Newlifetina Thank you yes he may be cute but don't let the fool ya! I did go to the store to buy broth in the box but its like 570 mg a cup of sodium. Better then 900 a cube and I used two at a time.. YES YES jello shots no prob. I use to down them no prob. when i use to go to bars. haha The doctor didn't say anything bout takin' vitamins just yet so i'm not on any. Actually got my ass n gear n went for a walk and played @the play ground w/my lil bro and sis and son and even my mother today =]
