Got news for you. Howlin Wolf, Tom Waits, Bob Dyaln all have what unthinking people might call "shitty" voices. But all three are some of the best American songwriters of the last 50 years. It's about heart, feeling, and artistic vision. Not American Idol warmed over pop. Clap Your Hands Say Yeah carries on in that artistic tradition. They are a solid band and I LOVE THAT VOICE. SO UNIQUE. SO STARTLING AND EMOTIONAL. You have a closed mind. Wake Up!
