What shit, Frank talks a bunch of trash about Shields and says he won"t fight him before AND after his rant, Ya supposed to talk shit to build a fight, not as an excuse not to fight.

Frank is such a back stabber, and he is 1 and 3 since his "come back" in 2007. He did not keep up with the changes in the sport like some fighters of his time. When he wanted to cash in on his name, I figured why not ?

Because he is SHIT, let the dough go to fighters who train, and take real competitive fights.
