Kate Simko sits down with Gearwire's Bill Holland to give us a peek at some of her mastering techniques using Waves Renaissance plug-ins within Apple Logic Pro at Mosaic Music Studios. Kate Simko breaks down the process of adding mastering effects and gives some tips about monitoring.
Kate has studied classical piano at the University of Miami and music technology at Northwestern University. In addition, Kate has toured internationally in support of the electronic music she has produced.
Kate teaches one-on-one Ableton tutoring sessions in Chicago.
