Pokemon Ruby Destiny Rescue Rangers Part 37 - Puzzle

In this part I enter the Tower of Fate and need to solve this puzzle in the first floor.
It will take about 20-30 minutes to get out of here if you don't know what to do but it's not that hard.

Hint:
I think that these diamonds react with each other:
Red - Black
Yellow - Green

When you touch for example red diamond:
-Red stones fade away
-Black stones come back (if you touched black diamond last time)
Same thing with yellow and green.

Btw I have an empty slot for one pokemon which one of these should I catch:
1. Kabutops
2. Flygon
3. Aggron
4. Aerodactyl

Get Metang! It evolves into Metagross at Level 45 and it owns. It is a pseudo legendary!
