Royer is a bit dark for her light voice.. Sigma sounded the flattest, though not the most flattering.. JJlabs sounded quite good..
BUT
Beyerdynamic M500 (ribbon) or SE Electronics NEVE design (ribbon) would have been far better then any of these for her voice : )
Also having a pre with variable impedance would have been more effective for this shootout !!

ROYER LABS SOUNDS GREAT SO SMOOTH,I THINK OUT OF ALL THESE MIC CATAGORIES THE FIRST TWO RIBBONS AND U87 ARE THE BEST.IM GUNNA GET RIBBON MIC NOW.INCREDABLE
