got an 09 in nov and love it. only thing I see that needs to be improved is the front end. needs zx14 forks for more adjustibility would be a simple switch.

After owning one since Nov 08, I reckon I can fairly say they are the best high powered sports tourer ever built. There is NOTHING on 4 wheels that cab=n get near one. There are few big bikes that can do the long k's. Yep, a 1198 will beat one in the first few k's. Just try it over a 1000 k in a day :)

I just bought one and yes it is everything they say it is. I have owned a lot of sporbikes and this thing is a monster!!

And I intend to order one tomorrow. What a machine. Weight worried me a tad til I rode one and its a lamb at slow speeds compared to my 1200s Bandit but it will go quite quickly:)
