This green project saw students of the Bachelor of Hospitality & Tourism Management (Hons) (specialising in Culinary Arts and Food & Beverage Management) and Diploma in Culinary Arts from Taylors College, School of Hospitality and Tourism (TCHT), embark on an exciting and noble culinary challenge called Waste Not Want Not a six-week long food programme, where students cooked meals for deserving students at Pusat Aktiviti Kanak-Kanak Taman Medan and SMK Batu 14 Puchong while at the same time learning about food production and ways to optimise food resources.
