This is simply a sounding rocket and cannot achieve orbit. It most certainly is not capable of taking President Ahmedickwad (monkey of Iran) into space. Epic Fail!!!

The upper stage has fins which would be useless if it only leaves the atmosphere - so it probably actually is a ballistic missile converted for launch.... like almost every last one of them are.
