Considering how Dick Frank turned the chain into a homogenized wasteland (i.e., replacing video and pinball games with cheap, redemption games where no skill or effort is required, putting video screens in showrooms to de-emphasize the show, turning a blind eye to a discrimination lawsuit, the dumping of W-2 forms in an Oregon location, and numerous fights in stores, turning Chuck into the rodent version of Barney, etc.), I'd say his first name fits him quite well. What a scumbag he is.
