Thai fresh Spring rolls

These thai spring rolls are fresh and NOT fried! You will need the following ingredients: Thai spring roll wrappers Cucumbers, carrots, cilantro, & rice noodles. Sauce - 1 T rice vinegar mix with 3 T sugar and 3 T water. Add a pinch of red curry paste. Stir together until sugar is disolved.

Your recipe sound delicious, don't listen to the people who are being butt holes. Everyone makes things differently, based on what they personally like. The really anal people (ie: YuDumPhuck) can take a trip to Vietnam if they want "authentic" cuisine. You keep on being creative and experimenting Tina, it's perfectly fine to change up a recipe to improve it for your household tastes!

you need to change your title to Thai style Vietnamese spring rolls cause spring roll is Vietnamese cuisine. we eat it for many thousands years, the Thais just copy it and claim it their own. Hope you can still read the label of rice paper package, It definitely made in Vietnam. We have many many traditional villages expert in making these rice papers.

Hi Tina! You mentioned metro detroit. Not sure where you live, but there are TWO REALLY GOOD asian markets on John R, in Madison hgts. (There are MANY more on John R.. these two are our favorites!)

Fuji Market is located on John R between 13 and 14 mile HUGE SELECTION

China Town Market is located on John R just north of 11 mile on the west side of the st.

There is also a Thai store- forgot the name_on John R between both of these... on the west side of the street...
