Listening to this song feels like I am back in Detroit, 12th&Webb, with that old gang of mine. 1959 was a great year and so is this song.

Newark,NJ group, Near Broadway down the end of Bloomfield Ave. When I was in college in the late 60`s being the maniac R&B group collector that I was, I used to hang in black bars in hopes of meeting someone that had records or sang in a group. I met one of the guys in the Endorsers which I had never heard of until that night. After I convinced him this white kid was sincere he was good enough to take me to his home and give me a scratched up, warped copy of it that fortunately played well.
