Update to Xell and some new features on XBOX 360 Linux and Hacking Moding

Just showing the new update to xell and explaining what in the update and highlighting a key feature of self updating from a usb stick. Also showing linux booting with just a cd no usb stick with vmware needed.

Too let xell update it's self put the update on a usb flash drive and name it updxell.bin and bam, xell will update it's self. Thanks TMBINC for the added features.
