Life? What a joke. This form of punishment just makes it more enticing for future acts of violence. Wrong message to promote and wrong punishment to give for murdering a human life. Basically the America is telling people it's OK to murder, because we'll house you for the rest of your life with free medical care and entertainment. And if you fly straight later on, we'll see if you can get out for good behavior.
