London used to be a place where you could walk down chapel market or wherever and talk to people around town.

Discipline is needed in UK, teenagers should be sentanced to 6 cuts with a cane every time they step out of line. It might sound harsh but it works, its what they do in South Africa thats why we dont have this problem with teenagers as they are brought up with loads of love and at the same time AN IRON FIST! A kids ass is connected to his brain, sting the ass and the brains wakes up. I have been hit with a cane my whole life and its only cause i deserved it and it taught me to grow up and behave

no i dissagree if discipline is introduced parents are more to blaim and so is the goverment you cannot blaim it all on us teens
its how we our brought up how our parents treat us and most important what the goverment tries to do to solve it which is nothing teens have nothin to do so they resort to drugs if you offer more oppurtunities to kids with no education ect maybe they wont be in this situation an iron fist wont get you any were mate!
