i advocate a form of population control to help improve the situation over time. i am being serious, people who think they can breed like rats without any concern for their impact on society need to be reigned in.

There is also a lot of violent child abuse of all kinds made to look like moral punishment in Africa. I have seen children beaten into unconsciousness. Sexually molested and even imprisoned in the name of false discipline. I believe some Africans take it too far to the point of sadistic toruture of children. Like father has a bad day at work comes home and starts to trash the children for no reason. Corporal punishment is good in certain appropriate situations as long it well applied.
