MISS DIRDY BIRDY! I love ALL your endeavors! CAN'T WAIT for your fashion line! You should come up with pole dancewear-- I love the top you wore in the DopeSource Media project!
OKAY ONE QUESTION SO FAR: Did you start off with the 45mm or 50mm x-pole? Which is best for beginners?! THANK YOU! You @ Felix are my POLE IDOLS!! xoxo ~Lola

@MsLolaJae I started with 38mm at a studio, then i bought a 42mm, then i bought a 50mm, then a 45mm. I use the 45mm at home and teach on a 50m. I recommend 45mm for beginners but encourage them to practice on 50mm when they get stronger to strengthen grip strength even more

@bellaalovee96 I've been doing it for 3 years. Look for studios that teach younger students or buy a pole for yourself

I've been poling for 5 months now and i'm eager to know the secret...when you first started out did you focus on one trick until you couldkill it or do you work on a few at a time?
KalaniMele 8 months ago
@KalaniMele Practice a few at a time. Learning one at a time gets too boring. And i made sure to freestyle dance often, to practice flow and fluidity
