Palpation of the oral cavity of the horse can be done without the aid of a device. The Kevlar fabric sleeves help protect against the sharp teeth. Please DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DO THIS WITHOUT PROPER INSTRUCTION.

  • Doc T -- I have always been amazed at your methodology. Thank you for the comfort you bring horses ...without drugs, without drama. Thanks! J

  • @talliegirl1996 THANKS!

  • Thanks Justin for taking the time to comment on my video. It does seem amazing that not only can I feel these things you mention, but address them as well. Your response is common and I am used to the disbelief. It is very difficult to perform the oral palpation and it is not for everyone. This is why the visualization technique has become so popular, though it has become more like auto mechanics (drug, jack, hang, & power float). It begs the question: What happened to horsemanship?
