Alex Hamilton 2008 showreel

my 1st year of training so i thourt i would bring out a showreel lol

To look back at my very 1st video and then to look back at this... its amazing i wouldnt think i would of came this far, i spose i should also thank all those who helped me progress through my journey into parkour and all those from www.scpk.info who gave me advise and guidence.
if you live in the south coast and you do parkour or free running then check this site out, www.scpk.info there you will find people that practice parkour and train with them

where u in paulsgrove? where where u when u where on the biulding at the begining my mate lives in pauls grove and hes ok at parkour and free running not as good as u but ok :D tnx from yankovickid
