does the fort look familiar? Built for the 1948 classic "Fort Apache" The used in "Apache warrior" 1957. was home for the Rin Tin Tin tv series. also appeared in "Escape From Fort Bravo" an episode of "Wanted Dead Or Alive" and "Casey Jones" and "Cisco Kid" to mention a few. a big part of Corriganville Movie Ranch
I remember this show as a little kid and always compared it to "Wanted Dead or Alive".
Watching it now it amazes me how cerebral the series was.
You see an entirely different side to Nick Adams.
What a shame he fried himself on drugs.
Portions of this were shot using the Fort Apache set from the John Wayne film and later Rin tin tin. Small fragments of the structure can still be found on the former "Corraginville" location in Canoga Park Ca.
