A traves de este documental cuento como un espanol/cubano huyo de Cuba dejando atras a toda su familia (su padre fue fusilado por el regimen castrista y su madre fue salvada por la presion de Franco) y de como se integro a la sociedad americana. whoever made this documentary is NAIVE about spaniards, if this person knew about spaniards, this person would know that spaniards identify themselves by their REGION, and this spanish food really has nothing to do with the spanish cuisine that was introduced to latinamerica, these people in the video are NORTHERN SPANIARDS, most of our spanish decents that came to the americas were from SOUTHERN SPAIN, aka ANDALUCIA, and not the north, I was hoping to see some ANDALUSIAN SPANISH FOOD

@zISaGaIz Why must you go to a Spanish page and make negative comments about Spaniards, not all Spaniards are responsible for greedy kings and soldiers. Oh by the way, Cubans are either White or Black or Mulatto. An Indian in Cuba is a rare sight. The Indians of Cuba died off because of disease and war. Not all Latinos are Mestizos, there are 218 million White European Latinos in Latin America like in Cuba, Argentina, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, Brazil, Many in Venezuela, and many others.

Sopa con carne de ternera, camarones, pollo, chorizo, repollo,garbanzos/habichuelas blancas, jamon/tocino, patata. Que mi papa es puertorriqueno y se lo inventa asi.

all these countries such as cuba mexico venezuela etc. have spanish people that mixed with the indians that lived ther before however there was a bad past of what the spanish did to indians we are now strong and mixing more
