http://www.NewWaveSlave.com - 6-7-10 Larry Kudlow interviews famed economist Art Laffer along with James Altucher about the coming tax increases in 2011. Laffer argues there is income shifting from 2011 to the current year which may cause the economy to continue to decline and while pushing gold prices higher. Good discussion.

  • Here it goes everyone! 2008 was just the start of it. We are going down down down. Empty malls, empty store fronts, empty restaraunts, no jobs. Starving babies, starving children, starving adults, people robbing for food, people robbing ATMs. Companies will keep making profits but at what cost to the American public?

  • wait...art laffer predicted a double dip recession... if i remember correctly 5 years ago he predicted there wouldnt be ANY recession at all...wtf

  • art laffer is a joke...

  • The dude on the right of the screen with the wacky hair is so far out of touch with the economy! He probably thinks his hair looks good too.

  • Art Laffer is wrong again...the tax hikes never happened, the market went up....that guy can never ever get it right.....

  • Diminishing taxes is POINTLESS. Anyone here who has faith in money needs to realise it is a tool created by mankind just like anything eles.

It is not natural, it is not "essential" for our survival, neither is it as productive and effecient as people believe their chip and pin is.

There are hundreds of thousands of people employed to move printed paper around.

We are at the peak of unproductivity.

We need the removal and move onto an RBE search ZEITGEIST

  • @teomeimf

Agreed. Goodbye and good riddens to the economic paradigm that is money.

  • @sidecar771

The goverment is for the people and they have employed a system that makes the rich richer and the poor poorer. It is possible to be patroitic without supporting the goverment and the way they run things

. This is a global issues.

  • Tax Hikes LOL taxes are cheaper than they have been since the 1930's!

  • You guys might be slaves to paper, Im not, Im self sustainable, I do have a great job, but its basically only for buying things I want, not need, you know like a ps3 xbox, etc, what most of you need to do is get on a budget, if youre on a budget and spend like you cant afford even if you can youll be fine, with the left over money you can buy seeds, salt, sugar, ammo, spices etc the basic essentials youll need when the shit hits the fan if ever, but still its good to have a plan B.

  • These guys have exactly zero patriotism...since the massive debt can only be paid with tax revenue, tax cuts (which did very little for the economy for Bush) will mean the dismantling of the federal government .
