I always kind of thought Matt and Patrick would be related somehow, and that he would be Maxie's love interest eventually. Thank goodness they are doing something with him now that is a little less predictable.

as the audience, did we know that Matt was Noah's son when he first came to Port Charles? if not, how soon after he come to PC did we find out?

@SPL1019 not unless you read spoilers at the time, Matt came to town in June 2008, and it didn't seem like the writers really knew what to do with him at that point apart from have him interact with Maxie. Then Noah came back on screen in september and pretty much the episode before THIS clip is when there was any indication at all that he was his son.
