@TheWanderingMoon it looks like photoshop. Illustrator is for vector art, and not for art like this.

can you tell me what program you;re using here? i know it should be obvious, but i am a newb to digital art, and i am looking to broaden my horizons. i am considering adobe illustrator CS5, but i want to ask around first.... what do you recommend?
