My Etsy store is open for business/ I'm not happy :o(

It is unfortunate that the seller of the soap mold posted negative feedback because you stated the Truth, she should have replaced the defective mold or refunded your money. She appears to be very unethical. Desaundrea check your email - sent you a link on a store that sells soap mold that might be what you are looking for - ;-). I have seen your videos and know you do a good job and make good products- cannot want to get my shampoo bar- Yeah!

Have you read the Etsy Faq,s. I'm pretty sure you can request that retaliatory feedback can be removed. Just be proactive and make the request to have it removed.

I really hate when sellers retaliate like that. It is not fair at all. I have had that happen a few times too when I wasn't happy with a sellers product or service, and they left ME a negative feedback for leaving them one (on ebay though). Not fair at all!

I think she is just trying to steal the compotition because she's not getting enough attention due to compettiters. Please don't let it put you off! I just got a negative feedback comment and I'm so depressed about it. The same as you, I just got started and don't need it. She said that my product was "poorly made". I really wish she would have contacted me before she left the negative comment. I refunded her money none the less. What a bummer.

I'm glad you posted this. I would not want to buy from someone with that kind of attitude. she should have said I will buy it back from you or did research and sent you to a supplier who could meet your need. Don't worry about her, people with that kind of attitude will not be successful long.

I am so sorry that you had to go thru this with this vendor, however, I really don't think you should be blasting her on you tube like this... because you wouldn't want anyone to blast you , say for instant, you send them some soap that was defective or whatever the case may be. My suggestion to you is to just keep it between you and her and leave you tube out of it. But , I love you you tube videos and your soaps.

Wow....so sorry someone would do that to you! People don't understand how harmful it can be to a business, leaving negative feedback. It was obvious you were being very fair and honest. Good for you, that you did this on youtube! Maybe others will learn from you...so sorry this happened to you, hope you still have your shop up and running and I'll have to check it out.

omg, i just had a similar situation friday @ work. i told the guy what he could've clarified in a response to me. girl you have to be careful with phrases like "it would have been better." the guy told me i was tellin' him how to do his job. i wasn't but i could've told him that i know his job better than he does. *L* anyway, just know you're not alone in such a thing. jerk (still talkin' about the guy at work). *L*

I HATE people that get defensive when you say that theres something wrong..and for her to advertise her soap store on your feedback..shes just showed herself as having lack of character..dont worry though..karma will come back to her..some folks are ALWAYS looking at ways to hurt others and be mean..dont worry about her!! just do YOU!!
